Manage your FlowStream

Connect with the one-use code your TV shows. No e-mail, no password.

  1. Open FlowStream on the TV: Settings → Playlists → Customer portal.
  2. Choose Allow a portal connection and enter your PIN. The first time, you choose a six-digit PIN.
  3. Type the eight-character code here. It is valid for 10 minutes. Keep the app open.

Your PIN is entered only on the TV, never here.

Your provider login never leaves your TV except on its way to it. The session lives in this page’s memory for at most 20 minutes; we keep no playlists.
